Our Credentials
ARC was launched in January 2023, and has since worked with clients to craft tailored ESG strategies that define initiatives that connect to broader organisational strategy. ARC has also facilitated workshops which explore authentic purpose-led business, carbon literacy, and how and why ESG matters- both as a business imperative that delivers better performance, but also as a moral obligation. With robust ESG strategies and practices in place, we also help you navigate the B Corp accreditation process, and have been an outsourced B Corp coach to small and medium enterprises, a number which are now proudly B Corp certified.
Kirsten Buck, Founder of ARC, has co-led PTHR’s successful B Corp Certification and recertification, was a Co-Chair for B Corps in Scotland for 2 and a half years and contributes to articles about ESG within People teams, regularly. Kirsten has been leading on sustainability and ESG within a business consultancy for 6 years.
Catalina Ticau consults with ARC and has in-depth knowledge of the B Corp BIA framework as a trained B Leader and has co-led PTHR’s initial B Corp certification and recertification (in 2024) with Kirsten. Catalina’s work focuses on self-management, performance, people and operations, innovation frameworks, and organisational design.
